Seven Truths About Joy

If we lose our joy, we lose our strength.
Joy is not happiness – it is much more than that.

Happiness is dependent on circumstances. The deep lasting joy that Jesus gives us is not moved by circumstances.

The joy from Heaven is a river that never dries up. It continues to bubble up! It is not dependent on what is going on around us. It is in His presence! (Psalm 16:11 and John 15:4). Jesus talks about us abiding in Him. As we dwell in Him, He will dwell in us. We need to be united with Him so we bear much fruit.
